Kimberly Ann Clark

Kimberly Ann Clark, 68, of Quinton, Va. went home to the Lord on February 1, 2022. Kim was originally born in Cumberland Maryland and met her husband, Bill, in Northern Virginia and eventually moved to Quinton in 1980. She loved butterflies, gardening, tending to her flowers and working with stones; but most of all she cherished being a loving “Mamie” to her granddaughters. Kim volunteered at the Providence Forge rescue squad in her earlier years as a dispatcher and was a member of Corinth Baptist Church for over 30 years. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, William “Bill” Clark; her daughter, Aimee Stevens (R.C.); two granddaughters, Hailey and Faith Stevens; a brother, Milton R. Lease, Jr.; her stepsisters Linda, Cecelia, JoAnn and Terry; her nephews Billy, Joe (Leanne), James (Bahar) and David Lease, numerous great nephews and nieces and her sister-in-law, Debi Clark Kennedy (Dave). Kim is also survived by Cathy Berry (Bill) her lifetime friend from childhood. Cinnamon Love, her four-legged constant companion who looks for her every time the door opens and misses her terribly. Kim made many friends through Corinth Baptist church while living in Woodhaven Shores. Peggy Lyon (Kenny) and Linda Pridgen (David) have always remained close longtime friends and will miss her dearly. A funeral service will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, February 12 at Corinth Baptist Church, 11650 New Kent Hwy, New Kent, Va. 23124. The family will receive friends from 11:00am-1:00pm prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow in the Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery. Light refreshments may follow at the Fellowship Hall. Kim loved her flowers, but if you would prefer to send a donation in lieu of flowers, please send it to Corinth Baptist Church Flower Committee in her memory.
